Magem combines her artistic dedication with her work in the healthcare field. As an artist she was trained at the prestigous Cercle Artístic de Manresa and at the Municipal School of Art of Sant Cugat de Vallès. She has exhibited in national and international galleries and in important Art fairs abroad. Since 2015 Magem has been exclusively dedicated to the collage technique, combined with oil, using recycled newspapers and papers to create a very particular results in her pieces. The portrait is a particularly important part in her work: iconic characters from the world of culture, cinema, art, social struggle and so on, are the protagonists of her artworks.
