In his work there are some constants, such as the subjects: interior spaces familiars to him, the wonderful views he has from his studio in San Sebastian and the cold light of the north that bathes his canvases. His work is simple and at the same time very solid  and has a strange strength and sensitivity that makes us dream. The open-door rooms with large windows, are in fact interior spaces but totally open to the world and invite us to penetrate the soul of the artist.
